By accessing and using the YUME platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. YUME Music, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
YUME provides a music streaming, artist discovery, and fan participation platform. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Premium membership requires payment of the activation fee and recurring subscription fee.
The participation economy, including referral rewards, streaming points, and YUME Credits, is subject to the terms outlined in the Participation Charter. YUME is not a multi-level marketing program, binary compensation system, or income opportunity program.

Privacy Policy
YUME Music, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including account information, payment details, listening activity, and engagement data.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payment information is processed through Stripe and is never stored on YUME servers. Your listening activity contributes to your Cultural Impact Score (CIS) and streaming points calculation.

YUME Web uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use attribution cookies to track referral links and marketing campaigns.
Essential cookies include yume_session (HttpOnly, authentication) and yume_csrf (CSRF protection). Attribution cookies include referral codes and UTM parameters with a 30-day expiry.
